Let’s start out by saying how awesome Eileen & Brad’s Long Beach New York wedding at the Allegria Hotel Wedding was! What an amazing and fun day from start to finish. Eileen’s family and mine have been long time friends, living in Long Beach only a few streets away from each other. When she asked me to shoot her wedding I was beyond excited.
The Long Beach New York wedding and they both decided all local vendors would be the best way to go for their wedding. The ceremony was at Saint Mary’s church on Monroe Boulevard and began at 12 pm. Brad was at the church accompanied by his dad (the best man) and his brothers. As the rest of the family filled into the church, we anxiously waited for Eileen to be walked down the aisle by her father. The beautiful bride walked in smiling ear to ear, just check the gallery for proof.
Following the ceremony, we went down to the beach on National Boulevard for some couple portraits with Eileen and Brad. Couple portraits are not always the easiest. Not everyone is comfortable showing their affection in front of other people, but that wasn’t the case here! Eileen and Brad were rockstars. Afterwards, we went up and did some portraits with the family on the boardwalk before heading in for cocktail hour on the rooftop of the Allegria Hotel.
The night continued with lots of laughs, love and fun. The speeches and first dances were emotional to say the least, food was delicious, and dance floor was LIT!
